Min 1: 3 rep overhead complex 
1 push press + 1 push jerk + 1 split jerk 

Min 2: 3 Handstand push-ups

L3: 75% of last week’s split jerk, deficit handstand push-ups

L2 + L1: Between 65-70% of last week’s split jerk or coach directed. HSPU as directed by the coach.

A clock runs constantly. Each new minute you need to add one extra shuttle sprint. You are done with the workout when you can no longer fit the shuttle sprints into the minute.
