Set up entire class with all stations necessary for Chuck Norris. Perform reps at each station as you warm-up. Coach will do a mock run through.

50 Wallballs 20/14lbs

L3: as rx’d. 30:00 Cap

L2: scale as necessary. Do not spend more than 3 minutes at any one station. 30:00 Cap 

LI: 3 x 10 at each station with 30sec rest between sets.
