Technique review : Power Snatch

Build power snatches and bench press to weight for workout

“The Iron Rodeo” 
In teams of three, 
Run 1200 meters
90 Power snatches
90 Bench press
Run 800 meters
60 Power snatches
60 Bench press 
Run 400 meters
30 Power snatches
30 Bench press

Run as a team, then cycle through all reps individually, one athlete snatching, one benching, one spotting. Rotate as desired. 

*If teams of 2, Keep the run the same length but adjust the volume to make sense.
