1)    Accumulate Crossbody Farmers Carry Meters (53/35) *Switch Arm Each Minute, Set up in 20m Increments **Crossbody is lighter KB in front rack position, with heavier KB in opposite hand suitcase/traditional farmers carry

2)    50 2 Count Flutter Kicks (2 kicks = 1 rep)

3)    AS MANY BURPEES AS POSSIBLE IN :50 (leave :10 for rest to prepare for Crossbody Carry)
