***Our weekend class schedule will be changing beginning this Saturday and Sunday…going forward there will be no 7:30am Open Gym time, Barbell Club will be STARTING at 7:30am instead and running to 9:00am. On Sunday’s, no more Endurance class, there will now be a Sweat class followed by Recovery/Mobility class***

NEW Weekend Schedule:


7:30am – 9:00am Barbell Club

9:00am – 10:00am CrossFit Class

10:00am – Noon Open Gym



8:30am – 9:15am Sweat Class

9:30am – 10:15am Recovery and Mobility
