***This Thursday the CrossFit Games are releasing a partner workout, “The Pair Up Throwdown”, this can be done in teams of two guy/guy, girl/girl or coed. If you would like to see how you match up against the world grab a buddy and register on the Games website (just like the Open). We will be doing this workout in Saturday’s 9am class! So grab your gym bud and get ready to throwdown! You do not have to register on the Games site to participate in class on Saturday, that is only optional for members.***
