***Open Teams are going to be chosen, at random, tonight!! Make sure you are registered for the Open on the Games website to be added to Team Red or Team Black. Each week there will be points awarded to each team for completing certain “tasks” which will be different each week.

Each team is going to be lead by three coaches:

Team Black: Coach Chris, Coach Alex and Coach Ryan

Team Red: Coach Kevin, Coach Jon and Coach Suzie

Week 1 ways to earn:

1. Showing up on Friday (class or open gym) to do 21.1 – 1 point

2. Wearing your team colors (red or black) – 1 point

3. Posting your score on the Games website before the 8pm deadline on Monday night – 1 point***

On a 35:00 clock:

Every 2 Minutes for 18 Minutes

1 Clean and Jerk
R1 @60%
R2 @65%
R3 @70%
R4 @75%
R5-8 @80%
R9 @65%

After your final set of Clean and Jerks, rest until the 20:00 mark and then begins Part B

Part B

Partition the following work as desired:

150 Air Squats
100 KB Swings (53/35)
50 Box Jumps (24/20)
