***Starting this weekend well will be adding a Rowing Class Saturday mornings from 8:00 – 8:45am! This is for all different skill levels. Our very own Nate Johnson and Csilla Clark will be leading these classes, both have a VERY strong rowing background on the water as well as with the Concept 2 Erg. This will be a great time to get in some interval training as well as learning about the machine, how it works, what it all means and how to attack the rower proficiently. This will be an 8 person limit per class. 7:30 Open gym will be taking over the backroom with only a 4 person limit.***
