    Pick one weight for all three sets to stay unbroken. Rest as needed in-between sets. Focus on form AND speed.

2. 3 Rounds

1 Big set of Kipping HSPU (Open standards, w/judge)

Rest long enough to repeat – A big set is as long as you can go before you burn out. Cap all rounds at 15 reps.

3. Coach Lead Mobility
