***Starting next Monday, 1/4, we will be going into a FIVE week skill cycle. Everyone will have the option to choose ONE of the following skill sets to work on: Endurance, Pull Ups or Handstand Push Ups/Push Ups. There will be two designated days per week to work on your skill during class. These days will rotate and you can always make up a session during Open Gym time or instead of the strength work on another day. Start thinking about which skill set you would like to work on!***
