***Welcome to the 2020 Squat Cycle!!! Today’s focus is testing out your One Rep Max Back Squat. This is a test. Make sure this is a good, quality squat. Full depth, full range of motion. This cycle will run for 5 weeks then we will have a re-test. If you are unable to get to the gym today, it’s ok. There will be other times in class this week to get your squat in.
