***Just a reminder, Erik’s workout is this Saturday. There are limited spots and heat times available, register through MindBody ASAP.

Every 45 minutes a new heat will start, warm up area will be set up in the back room with the main room set up for the workout. We would like to limit the amount of people hanging around, but defiantly will not turn anyone away that wants to come by. It is looking to be a nice day so hopefully we can have the doors open. A cash jar or Venmo will be set up at the gym all week for donations that will go directly to the family.***
