***On Saturday November 7th…we will be honoring the life our long time member and dear friend Mr. Erik Neenan who passed away suddenly last year.

HERE is a link to a t-shirt fundraiser page to help to support the Neenan children. Please purchase one if you would like! We will not be selling t-shirts at the gym this year, but we will have a donation jar set up that first week in November through the event that Saturday. Any and everything donated will be going directly to the family. Erik left behind a loving wife and three amazing children.

Saturday November 7th then will be six heat times available through out the morning with six athlete working out in each one. Just like class, we would like to try to keep the flow of people moving in and out of the gym. November 1st anyone that would like to participate in Erik’s Workout will be able to sign up through MindBody for your heat time.***
