***We are creeping up on the Virtual Marathon! This Saturday 9/12! Our full marathon runners are aiming to start early, around 6:30-7am. Our half marathon or partial runners we will send off every 30 mins (you choose your start time). The running routes are posted below, a 6.6 mile loop and 6.1 mile loop. Two loops for the half runners, four on the fulls.
This will be a great accomplishment for our runners! 26.2 miles is NO JOKE! Any and all support Saturday morning would be great for all of our runners. The gym will be a relay point and I would like to set up a water/fueling/cheering station on the far side of the lake by the baseball fields (if anyone is interested in taking a shift out there please let me know!)
There will be a special marathon workout planned for the 9am class as well!***


1. Overhead Squats:
1×3, 10 second hold at the bottom (light)
1×3, 5 second hold at the bottom (moderate)
3×2, AHAP, heavier then last week
2. “Hang Ten”
