***Gauntlet season is over…on to the Virtual Marathon! Which is right around the corner, Saturday September 12th. Our very own Coach Ryan and gym co-owner Josh Allen will be running the full 26.2 miles, we have a few that will be doing a half marathon and some more just running! If you are interested in participating in running please make sure you sign up on the whiteboard at the gym. Our full marathoners are going to be kicking off nice and early that Saturday morning, but we can send out waves of people every hour.
The course will start and end at the gym, with a few loops back to the gym as a rally point (bathroom, water, fuel, etc.). There will still be Open Gym in the morning as well as a special Boston Marathon workout at the 9am class.***
1. Deadlift Skill Work, touch and go:
3×5, very moderate weight
*weight should never be a challenge to life, only a challenge to lift perfectly.
2. “Picture It”

15 KB Swings (53/35)
15 Sit Ups
15 Squat Jumps
15/12 Cal Bike/Ski/Row
*15 min time cap
