**Here is The Gauntlet line up for Saturday’s workout…if you haven’t registered yet there is still space available through MindBody. Heat times will be at 7:30, 9:00, 10:30am and Noon. Please show up BEFORE hand! The gym will be open at 7am for the 7:30 crew to get a warm up in. Warm ups will be done on your own, with a suggested warm up on the white board. Of course a coach will be here to help and regulate the workout. It is a 55 min workout so it will be starting shortly after your scheduled time slot.**
