***Gauntlet Workout #3***

1. Clean and Jerk:
6×3 @70-75%, drop and reset each rep

2. “Eldridge Road”

AMRAP 5 x3
10 Double Unders
1 Muscle Up
20 Double Unders
2 Muscle Ups
30 Double Unders
3 Muscle Ups

*continue adding 10 DU’s, 1 Muscle Up rep each round. Rest 2 mins between AMRAP’s. Pick up where you left off after each rest period.

*must choose 1, 3, 5 or 15 round option before the start of the workout.

Intermediate: 100 Wall Balls (20/14) to 10/9 ft, 50 Toes to Bar
Scaled: 100 Wall Balls (20/14) to 10/9 ft, 50 Hanging Knee Raises
