20 Front Rack Lunges (135/95)
15 Hang Power Cleans (135/95)
10 Handstand Push Ups

RX: (155/105), (24/20)
Intermediate: (115/75), 3 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20)
Scaled: (95/65), 3 Burpee Box Step Ups (24/20)
