***Have you signed up for “The Gauntlet” throwdown yet?!? It’s next Saturday 8/29…there are 4 time slots available, 7:30am, 9:00am, 10:30am and noon. Sign up sheet is on the white board by the speaker in the gym. There will be no Gauntlet workout next Friday, this is it! Sign up for the throwdown if you want to take on another one!
Pieces of the workout will be released throughout next week with the final order and set up posted Thursday night at 8pm. There will be three division options, RX, Intermediate and Scaled, standards are posted below as well as on the white board in the gym.
