***Over the next month we are going to be working through a strength cycle. Clean and Jerk and Overhead Squats. The 1RM numbers you find this week will be very important going forward. Try your best to make it in this week to find those numbers, class time, open gym, whenever you can. Write them down and remember what they are!***

1) Find 1 Rep Max Clean and Jerk
*squat or power clean, push or split jerk, pick the one you need to work on, stay consistent.

2) “Pennies”

4 Rounds:
6 Squat Cleans (185/125)
6 Muscle Ups|
*400m Run IN BETWEEN each round

*16 min time cap
