***No Running Club tonight at the track! August will be the last month of programmed Running Club workouts. Don’t worry! They will be back! This last cycle will lead up to the Virtual Marathon we will be hosting on Saturday September 12th.***

Min 2: 15 Sit Ups 
Min 3: 20 Squat Jumps
Min 4: :40 sec Plank Hold
Min 5: 15 KB Swings


Running Club, Week 2, Day 2:
6 Sets: sprint 100m, run 200m
