128 Class Schedule starting August 1:

Monday – Friday

5:00am, 6:30am, 8-9:30am open gym, 4-4:45pm open gym, 5:00pm, 6:15pm

Saturday

7:30-8:30am open gym, 9:00am class

Sunday

8:15am endurance, 9:30am barbell club***

**Starting this week, morning open gym sessions are on the schedule, 8:30-9:30am open gym time.**

This is a two part workout.

A. 4 Mile run in the morning (walk as needed). Rest a minimum of 3 hours and a max of 6 hours.

B. 2 Mile run in the afternoon/evening
