***Welcome to Gauntlet Friday’s! From now until the end of August Fridays will be dedicated to these gauntlet style workouts. All set on a clock, with 3-4 different “tasks” to do throughout the workout. This will lead up to our End of Summer In-House Throwdown that is going to run like these workouts…only longer.
