1. “Pull Over”

6 Rounds:
15 Russian KB Swings (53/35)
12 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)
9 V-Up Sit Ups

*14 min time cap

Scaling/notes: Can use a DB for swings if you do not have access to KB. Regular Burpees instead of Box Jump Overs.

2. Running Club, Week 5, Day 2:

3x600m (70% effort), 3x200m (75% effort), 3x500m (80% effort), 3x200m (85% effort)

90 sec rest between reps, 3:00 rest between sets.
