***This Saturday July 4th we will have two class times available, 9am and 10:30am, as well as 7:30am Open Gym time. There will be no virtual class on Saturday!**

*start light, increase weight every 2 mins, at the 15 min mark (half way) drop back down to 10 lbs over starting weight. Increase again. Last 2 reps will be your heaviest. SMART weight jumps!!!
Scaling/notes: no barbell, used DB/KB’s. 3 double DB/KB Hang Snatches each min or 6 alt reps every min.
