***New schedule starts today!!! New rule starts today….everyone has been VERY good so far with showing up to class if registered. BUT with the limited class sizes and the wait list growing please please please stay on top of cancelling if you are unable to attend and in a timely manner.
New rule…No Show, No Cancel = No Outdoor class for 3 days. Yes, you will be grounded (in a way), unable to fitness with your friends. We are all adults. Be responsible, be respectable to your fellow classmates.***

15 Hang Power Snatches (95/65)
*12 min time cap
2. Running Club, Week 4, Day 1:
6x50m max effort sprints, straight into a 300m run. 3:00 rest between sets.
