***Ok guys…starting this WEEKEND we are going to be adding some additional class times to our schedule! Starting TODAY (Thursday) class capacity will be increasing. Our 128 community is growing, we have had some GREAT new additions that have joined us the past few weeks and A LOT of you that are coming out of quarantine hibernation looking to get back into that workout routine again.
The NEW 128 Community class schedule:
ALL CLASSES will be capped at 8 members, instead of 7. This is a HARD cap guys! If you don’t register, you don’t get a spot.
Saturday’s: 7:30-8:30am – Open Gym…..9am – Community Workout
Sunday’s: 8:15am – Endurance Class……9:30am – Barbell Club
AND starting Monday June 22 we will be adding an 8:30am Class Monday-Friday
All class times during the weekdays will have a virtual Zoom option …Saturday Open Gym and Sunday’s Endurance Class will be on-site only.***
**Soon enough guys we will be back INSIDE, on a regular schedule, doing the damn thing! We appreciate all the love and support through these tough times. It has been so amazing to see this community pull together over the past few months. We WILL come out of this STRONGER!**

Scaling/note: 40 Mt. Climbers instead of Bike. Can use DB for the swing and squats. Double the single unders or lateral hops.
2. Running Club:
Jog for 20:00, easy pace
Rest for 5:00
6x 60m (65 yard) Sprints
1:00/walk back to start as your Rest
