1. “Death By Power Snatch” (95/65)

*Min 1 – 1 Snatch, Min 2 – 2 Snatches, Min 3 – 3 Snatches…continue adding another rep each minute until you can not perform the required reps in the time allowed.

Scaling/notes: choose your weight wisely! Too heavy, your workout will be cut very short. Too light, you’ll be working forever…no barbell, using single DB/KB, alt Snatches. One on each side = 1 rep. No equipment, Death By Air Squat/Push Up. 1 Air Squat, 1 Push Up. 2 Air Squats, 2 Push Ups….

2. Running Club:

4x (700m, 300m) – moderate pace, 1:15 Rest between each distance. Rest 3:00 between full sets (700/300).
