***Sorry guys, the 7am outdoor class is cancelled today…Mother Nature has been great to us all week but unfortunately tomorrow morning looks like rain and we can’t use the equipment in the rain. Virtual class is still on! Be on the look out for 5pm class change, looks like some thunderstorms could be coming in…***

15 Burpees Over the Bar

*DT = 12 Deadlifts + 9 Hang Cleans + 6 Shoulder to Overhead (155/105)

Scaling/notes: Again, if this is your first week back on a barbell, go on the lighter side, focus on retraining the movements. No Barbell, with single DB/KB, alternate arms every rep. If you have two DB/KB’s same rep scheme. Burpees Over DB.
