*Running Club starts this week! There will be three days of programming. First day will post on Monday’s, second day on Thursday’s and third day will be Saturday. It is up to you when you would like to do your runs, just make sure you go in order don’t skip around on the programming. Thursday nights at 6pm Social Distant Running Club will meeting the the Wakefield High School track for “team training”. Day two programming will be the workout of the evening.*

When CrossFit 128 opened it’s doors in 2014 this was the workout that was programmed. In honor of “re-opening” CF128 today we will be taking on that workout yet again! Enjoy!
