***GREAT meeting the other night everyone! It was really amazing to see how many people showed up. The love and support from this community is contagious. So starting next Monday June 1 we have a few new things coming your way:

  1. Paleo/Wellness Challenge. This will run for 5 weeks (ending on July 3). The main focus of this Challenge is to be mindful of what we are putting in our bodies and how well we are recovering because how we are taking care of our body. Check out the “rules and standards” as well as the score cards below. If you are unable to print out score sheets, I will have some printed and available for pick up at the gym this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you prefer to go virtual, send me an email and I will set you up with a Google doc. –

2. Running Club. There will be extra programming geared toward improving your running and overall endurance. This will be three days a week, not mandatory but optional for whoever would like to jump in. We are trying to set up a specific day and time each week to “host” a social distance team running club. TBD on day and time.

3. The BIG news…on Monday June 1 we will begin hosting outdoor, parking lot classes!!! These will be very small classes to start, only 5 members max at a time. These will lump in with the Option B membership plan: $75/month for virtual classes, now with outdoor classes. You will have to register through MindBody to participate. We will be posting more over the next few days about policies and what not. This is VERY EXCITING guys! Lets enjoy this little taste of freedom!***
