***Community Town Hall meeting tonight at 7pm! Jump in on the Zoom meeting, we are going to talk about the last few phases leading up to the gym re-opening it’s doors for you guys. We are still unsure of a specific date but when we know, you’ll know! We also have some information on upcoming programming as well as discussion of a “Get Back to the Gym” nutrition challenge!! Scaling/notes: DB or KB Snatches if you do not have a barbell. Single arm alternating, 21-15-9 reps each arm. If you do not have a box or something to jump over, regular jump up or step ups are fine. Single arm OH DB or KB squats. There are 36 total reps, do your best to split that up for each arm. Single Leg V-Ups, 30-24-18.
