***Happy Memorial Day!***

Virtual Murph will be starting at 9am for those of you that would like to join in! Below are the no pull up bar modifications…choose wisely 🙂 Yes it is a bummer that we all can’t physically be tougher this year BUT our community has been so unbelievably amazing through this whole pandemic. I can only see us coming back better and stronger! Keep fighting everyone, we will get through this…together!

We will host a live, in the flesh, community Murph workout (and hopefully cook out) at the end of the Summer on Labor Day! So mark your calendars!

200 Push Ups

300 Air Squats

1 Mile Run

*start and end with the run, break up the reps in-between however you wish
