Min 1: 10 Snatches (115/75)
Min 2: 10 Box Jumps
Min 3: 5 Handstand Push Ups
Min 4: 10 Front Rack Lunges (115/75)
Min 5: 10 Push Press (115/75)

Scaling/notes: DB or KB’s can be used for all the Barbell movements. If you only have one DB/KB do 5 reps each side, do not alternate. Piked Push Ups or Handstand Hold in place of HSPU’s.
