30 DB Power Cleans (50/35)
20 Dips
100 Double Unders

Scaling/notes: Two DB’s if you can for the Cleans. If you would like to use a barbell instead, go for it (135/95). Dips can be done anywhere, if you have rings or stationary dip stand great. If not, a chair, table or step can be used for tricep dips.
