***We are going to try something new with the class schedule this week. The 7am class is going to stay the same but we are going to move the 4pm class to 5pm, it seems like more people can attend that way! Jump on it guys!***

“Oh Cindy, My Cindy”


Min 1: 1 Round of Cindy (5 Pull Ups, 10 Push Ups, 15 Air Squats)

Min 2: 10 Burpees

Scaling/notes: no access to a pull up bar, do bent over DB/KB or Barbell Rows. Should have time to rest for each min. If push ups take you a long time, scale back, if 10 burpees are going to take you almost a full minute, scale back.
