Scaling/notes: If you are going to Row instead of Run, 1000m. No barbell for Snatches, use DB or KB, 3 reps each arm. Reduce your ROM for the Pistols, bench, box, coffee table, low chair. Remember it’s a target not a resting place! Touch and go! Challenge yourself.
