***Saturday, Community Workout, “The Burpee Hour”….how many burpees can you do in a hour!! 12 Labours CrossFit is hosting an event that is FREE for everyone. Those of you that have been looking for a competition, here you go!! If you would like to show your stuff against the world, register HERE.

I don’t usually give away the Saturday workouts ahead of time but I want everyone to be ready for this one, get hyped, get pumped!!! Earn that weekend! Now I am going to give people the option to do this with a partner, EMOM style, partner one works for one min, partner two rests then switch.

400m Run
10 Power Cleans (135/95)
20 Box Jumps (24/20)

Scaling/notes: No bar, use DB’s or DB (if you only have one) just do 5 Cleans each side. No box or object to jump on, perform Tuck Jumps.
