“Chinese Chicken” 

5 Rounds, every 3 mins complete:

20 KB Swings (Deadlifts if you have a BB, 155/105)

15 Box Jumps

10 HSPU’s

Scaling/notes: KB or DB Swings, the heavier the better. No DB/KB, perform Good Mornings.

No Box, step ups or jumps on a solid object. Nothing to step or jump on, Tuck Jumps.

Kipping or Strict HSPU’s. Could scale to Pike Push Ups or Hand Release Push Ups.
