80 Lateral Hops Over-the-Dumbbell
60 Air Squats
40 DB Shoulder to Overhead (50/35)
Scaling/notes: If you have a DB, lateral hops over the DB. No DB, lateral line hops. Step overs are fine too.
One DB is to be used for Shoulder to Overhead, switch arm whenever you’d like. No DB, perform Shoulder Taps. If needed can hold plank position from the knees.
