Scaling/notes: a lot of you do not have a barbell, that’s fine, use DB’s or KB’s if you have them. You could get creative with the weights if you’d like to do so and if you don’t have the means to increase weight that’s OK, just do the reps as written with the same weight. No weights, no problem! Squat Jumps instead of Thrusters.

If you would like to scale up the V-Ups and you have a pull up bar switch them for Toes to Bar or Hanging Knee Raises.
