***Trying to add a little bit more for you guys here, today you have a warm up with your workout. If anyone is looking for more, maybe you have more equipment at your house and could program more PLEASE reach out! Myself or Coach Ryan would be more then happy to assist with anything you guys need. If you can get outside and do this in your backyard or driveway do it!***
