Wednesday’s Workout of the Day
***Attention, attention!!! All parents that are looking to get their children involved with functional fitness! We will be hosting a Q&A session on both Saturday and Sunday, Feb 8th and 9th at 8am! You do not have to attend both, each session should only last about 30 mins, just looking to get some face to face interaction with the parents on some specifics of what they are looking for in training. This is open to EVERYONE so if you know of parents outside of our gym that are looking for their kids to get into strength and conditioning training by all means bring them along!!!***
