Monday’s Workout of the Day

**It’s here guys, squat cycle is back! Over the next 5 weeks we will be going through a squat strength cycle, starting today with the CrossFit Total which will be retested at the end of the program. The main focus will be the Back Squat, so if you can not make it in today for the Total don’t worry! There will be other opportunities this week to make up your Max Back Squat (and/or your Deadlift or Press). With all of these lifts, proper form is going to be key. Lifting big weight is fun and exciting but not without “perfect” form. Quality over quantity. Executing the perfect squat (full ROM, knees out, heels down, chest up, maintaining mid line) now and throughout the cycle will do WONDERS for that re-test 5 weeks from now!
