***2019 CrossFit Open (technically 2020) part two is coming! I know it seems like just yesterday we finished 19.5 but its almost time for yet another five weeks of fun! Registration is now live, the Open will run from October 10th – November 11th in the same fashion as its been in the past. Thursday night at 8pm the workout will be announced to the world, that Friday it will be the class workout for the day.
