***Next Monday night Kettle Bell Kitchen will be at the gym hosting a BBQ during the evening classes! AKA – free food! Hang out and grab some food after class or stop by if you’re interested in trying out what they have to offer. KBK is a meal delivery service that will drop off prepared meals twice a week right to the gym for pick up.***
