***Well you guys are in for a real treat this week! I am sure you all remember the Presidential Fitness Challenge from elementary school right?? You’re all in luck! It’s time for redemption. Throughout this week there will be different “challenges” incorporated into our programming. We are calling this “CrossFit 128 Fitness Challenge” (since there are some weights involved, a little different then the elementary school rodeo). The plan is for this activity to be FUN as well as CHALLENGING! We will re-test next month.***
