***CrossFit Fundamentals class starts this Saturday at 8am! Have a friend that is interested in CrossFit?! This is the class for them! This will be an ongoing class for beginners as well as current members that are looking to brush up on the basics.***

-8 DB Bench Press @15% of 1RM Bench (each arm)

-:45 sec High Plank Hold
-Rest 1 min
*If you did not get to establish a 1RM Bench Press do it today
2) “Chicken Nugget”
