**We are just over two weeks away from the start of R.E.D. Fridays! (RED: Remember Everyone Deployed). Every Friday after the Open all the way up to Memorial Day Murph there will be a different Hero workout to honor our fallen bothers and sisters that made the ultimate sacrifice serving and protecting our country. As traditions goes, the first workout will be “Dork”, Boston firefighter, marine and crossfitter who passed away in 2014. CrossFit Together in Hyde Park put together some shirts this year, all profits will be donated to the Last Call Foundation. If anyone is interested in purchasing one I will take orders and get them here before the first hero workout. $30 each.**
