***Next Saturday is our Barbells For Boobs event! Anyone and everyone that is willing to volunteer their time to help out would be greatly appreciated. Even if you can’t stay for the whole event or can only come for the back half, anything will be helpful! There will be a cookout starting at 11:30a, this will be our last gym cookout for the season! There is a sign up sheet in the gym for cookout contributions (sides and desserts), I will provide all the grilling meat. We will also be raffling off a few items, if you have an idea or something to donate to raffle off please bring it in! 50/50 raffle as well! Hope to see a lot of you there!!!***

10 Deadlifts (225/155)

20 Spilt Squat Jumps (total)

*20 min time cap
